Tim Montreuil founded All-Temp Refrigeration Services in 1988. Throughout his 40 years of direct experience in the commercial refrigeration and food service equipment industry, Tim has developed a widespread reputation of being committed to customer service. This strong commitment to customer service continues to be the foundation for ALL-TEMP and has allowed us to grow into the leading sales, installation and service provider for commercial refrigeration and food service equipment in the region.
In May of 2009 All-Temp founder Tim Montreuil and his wife Debbie decided after 21 years in business to enter into a definite agreement to transition the company to new ownership of Bryan and Vickie Krantz. In order to ensure a seamless changeover of leadership, Tim will maintain his current role of responsibilities and work on a full time basis for at least six months. Following the six months, Tim will have a continuing role with All-Temp to maintain its standing as the best choice for all your refrigeration and food service needs.
Bryan and Vickie Krantz also own and operate Krantz Commercial Services, LLC and Gabriel Development in Kenner, Louisiana. The Krantz family are also the former owners of Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans and Jefferson Downs Race Track in Kenner. The Krantzs’ believe All-Temp reflects the same approach to business they value and is a perfect fit for the Krantz family.

Providing 24/7 service with a fleet of 40 vehicles driven by trained, professional technicians and installation staff, ALL-TEMP has been selling, installing and servicing commercial refrigeration and restaurant equipment for over 20 years.
Operating from a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office, ALL-TEMP sells and services an extensive line of FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT including, but not limited to: blenders, beverage dispensers, ovens, ranges, grills, fryers, kitchen hoods, steam tables, tables, chairs, shelving and other non-refrigeration commercial food service equipment. In addition, ALL-TEMP sells parts, performs warranty work for manufacturers and offers a variety of full service and preventive maintenance contracts tailored to the needs of the customer. These contracts keep energy bills lower, minimize repairs and downtime, cut operation costs and allow equipment to be continually monitored.
Leveraging its experience in the industry and knowledge of equipment, ALL-TEMP’s SALES staff provides layout and design services for any type of commercial setting. We specialize in the design and installation of Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Walk-In Freezers, Coolers, and Environmental Boxes along with a complete line of Commercial Food Service Equipment.
